Bug Fixes & Improvements

• Office 365 menu item in time sheet calendar is visible by default, to hide this menu icon unselect Office 365 options in settings dialog (gear icon in time sheet calendar)
• Improved error messages in forms: yellow background and red borders for all affected fields
• Create time sheet entries from Office 365 calendar items and emails via context menu
• Set name for new time sheet entry templates in calendar
